Skeletal wyvern is a slayer monster and can be found in asgharnian ice dungeon. You will be assigned, as slayer task, or normally kill this monster when your slayer level is 72. You required elemental shield, mind shield and dragon fire shield to avoid skeletal ice breath. This monster have high hit point, defense and attack. Therefore, it is not easy to kill even you have good armor. Skeletal wyvern attack with melee and range. Mostly player using range within safe spot while killing this monster. And when you are out of safe spot always use protect from missile. You can kill this monster with best armor, like dragon hunter crossbow, and enchanted dragon bolts. But when you are cost aware, you can also use dragon crossbow, with broad bolts. Its also effective. You can also use the melee, with dragon hunter lance, that is quite effective also.
